Lost license

If you have previously purchased an iMeetingX license from us and have since misplaced your licenses, you can re-request them by entering the email address to which your license is registered (the email address which you have used during the order process).
Any licenses registered to the email address you specify will be emailed to that address. If your email address has changed, please contact us.

If you purchased iMeetingX from the Mac App Store, you don't need a license to use it! To view your purchased apps, just launch the „App Store” application on your Mac and click the „Purchases” button in the toolbar or on your name if you use macOS Mojave or newer. From there, you can install iMeetingX.

We care about our users' privacy! We can't tell you if the email you provided is in our database, but if it is you'll soon get a message. If you don't receive it within few minutes you can always retry.

If you or your ISP uses a „challenge-response” spam filter, our reply to your inquiry will be delayed (at the very least) or may not reach you at all. Thus, before using this form or sending us mail directly, please add support@techno-grafik.com to your spam filter’s „white list” to ensure that you receive our reply.
